Acceptable stay overall

clean room nice decoration complimentary drinks noise level late-night music bed vibration
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided in the room. Drinks in the fridge were a fantastic bonus.
The street-level bar created noise late into the night. I could feel the vibration from the loud music in my bed. It was hard to sleep.

EXCELLENT Stay!

early check-in suitcase storage breakfast service airport proximity
I really appreciated the early check-in that the manager arranged! I did NOT have to wait, as my room was ready and available. A staff member also stored our suitcases after our cruise (AMAZING service). We returned for breakfast BEFORE heading to the airport. I will DEFINITELY return in the future!
The street was quite lively, so music played rather late. This MIGHT be a factor for those very sensitive to noise.
Service

Acceptable Stay

breakfast selection helpful staff complimentary beer steep stairs uncomfortable mattress soft mattress
The breakfast had a good selection. The staff was kind and helpful . My room included complimentary beer in the fridge.
There were steep stairs leading up to the room floors, and this was difficult. The bed mattress was super uncomfortable. It was also too soft for my liking. I had to stay in the middle.
